Mentorship work

In order to improve the overall humanitarian formation of human culture and spiritual values of future workers of SES of Ukraine, staff of the Department do an active in mentorship work with cadets and students of the university, which is implemented in a variety of extra-curricular activities.

Good tradition at the department are:

• organization for cadets and student tours to historical and cultural museums, theaters, libraries, etc.
• round tables with cadets and students to discuss the issues of Ukraine's history and the history of Ukrainian culture;

under the direction of assistant professor S.A. Karikov students of Social and psychological Faculty get information about Kharkiv Art Museum exhibits

teachers and students of the National University of Civil Defence of Ukraine took part in the round table

Public-law informing on "Holodomor 1932-1933 in Ukraine"

• excursions with students and guests of NUCPU to familiarize them with the history of Kharkiv;
• organizing and conducting educational and vocational guidance of pupils of schools of Kharkiv city and Kharkiv region.
