Practice
The practice of students and cadets in the practical department of SES of Ukraine and other organizations is a part of educational and pedagogical process and the final stage of learning. The practice is held after the end of the theoretical part of educational program for the certain professional degree and before graduation qualification thesis.
Educational practice of first-year students and cadets is a significant part of the educational process and is organized according to the pattern statute about practice accomplishment for cadets and students of the universities of Ukraine. The practice is held at the department of general psychology of NUCPU.
Educational practice of second and third-year students and cadets is organized in the center of psychological support and work with the special staff of the SES of Ukraine.
Practice before qualification thesis for the fourth-year students and cadets is usually held in the center of psychological support and work with the special staff on the positions students are about to occupy after graduation.
Purpose of practice – to prepare the future professional for self-dependent accomplishment of his functions on the certain position in the sphere of professional interest.
Tasks of practice:
- gradual development and extending of the theoretical knowledge;
- improvement of the practical professional skills on the position of practical psychologist, major psychologist in the Department of human resources of MD SES of Ukraine or other organizations;
- collecting and analyzing of professional information and implementing gained knowledge during studying;
- getting students and cadets interested in their future professional;
- collecting practical information for the graduation qualification thesis.
